Post completion of my Civil Engineering in 1990, I started my career as GET associated with M/s L&T in their KBPL Project with M/s Engineers India Limited ( EIL ) being Engineering consultant to the project. It is indeed a blessing to start career with such high profile project sharing work space with Expierenced Civil Engineering professionals. It was great launching platform which helped in understanding the ways of implepentation of modern techniques to achieve Quality product within stiff time schedule.

A-2. We are into for last Two Decades catering real estate & infrastructure Industry for their requirement of Formwork & Scaffolding Solutions.

These steps are very encouraging to the industry as a whole. Unlike past, Infrastructure & real estate sectors are no more hesitant in using advance construction techniques. Q-7.What is Prime Minister Narendra Modi scheme Housing for all in 2022?
A-7. India being the Second most Populous country in the world with a growing population of 1.28 Billion, is facing huge Shortage of Housing units. Requirement of Housing Units due to the Urbanization is increasing day by day. The Housing Shortage in the urban areas has touched 18.78 Million units (Approx. 2.0 Crore), where 95% of the shortage is in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG).
Our Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has launched “Housing For All In 2022” with an aim to provide at least 2 Crore Affordable homes to Urban Poor and Homeless by the year 2022.
Housing for all by 2022” looks like a group of few words but it is a real challenge which has to be dealt with intense planning & implementation of Modern Construction Technologies for Quality & On-Time deliverables.
In India as we know that good amount of time is required for various approvals which delays the start of any project drastically.
