Q-1.CPWD has decided to adopt monolithic construction technology for all projects above 100 Cr. What are your thoughts?
A-1. This is a landmark decission taken by CPWD to adopt Monolithic Construction Technology which shall reduce the construction time with better quality product. This will ensure less dependency on manual workers & entire plastering shall be eliminated. With this technology 7 Days cycle of each slab shall be achieved which shall ensure Three times faster completion of any project. We would like to share that we “MFS Aluminium Formwok System” are proud to be a part of this process in sharing the Technical & Commercial details with agencies about this Technology & have finalised the abstract which shall reflect in Government schedule of rates. Once incorporated in schedule of rates it will become very handy for all the contractors to bid for the project involving “MFS” technology.
